Paul Siracusa is a recognized industry leader of Research and Product Development teams across an array of consumer platforms, including household, personal care, health & wellness, food and ingredients.  Paul has held several executive level positions over his career including EVP, Global R&D at Church & Dwight for 13 years where he teamed up with Steve and drove innovation globally.  Prior to Church & Dwight, Paul was at Playtex Products, and Reckitt & Colman via L&F Products in executive positions.

Post retirement from Church & Dwight, Paul took on a short-term leadership role for New Product Development at Kind Snacks and led the R&D team’s effort to maximize their effectiveness with new items in the healthy snack market.

In all instances, Paul’s passion is to drive the execution phase of innovation and allow each enterprise to realize their growth potential with near flawless execution. Paul is currently engaged in a series of consulting roles where he is utilizing his vast R&D and Consumer Product experiences and expertise to assist embryonic companies trying to realize their financial goals and market share aspirations.

Paul is a graduate of Columbia’s School of Engineering and Applied Science with a Doctorate of Engineering in Mineral Engineering.  

Paul has also had several Board level assignments.  He has been a member of several non-profit and industry Board of Directors including: the American Oil Chemists’ Society, New Jersey United Way, New Jersey Research Council, Chemical Specialty Products Association (CSPA) and the American Cleaning Institute (ACI).  

Paul was elected Vice Chair and then Chair of the Board for CSPA during his active leadership years and was subsequently awarded the Charles E. Allderdice Jr. Memorial Award in 2017. The Allderdice Award is presented annually to an individual who has made exceptional contributions to the advancement of the household and commercial products industry.
